Kuaripass is around 33km from dhak area and 37km from Auli. Its not too much cold as have to carry down jackets with you.
Yes, the Kuari Pass trek is considered moderately difficult. It involves trekking through varied terrains, including steep ascents, rocky trails, and sometimes snowy paths. Prior trekking experience and a good level of fitness are recommended to fully enjoy the trek.
Summer normal sports shoes are ok but in winter If it’s a snow trek a good trekking shoe is mandatory. If you buy a new shoe do walk for few days so that it fits you well and doesn’t leave you with blisters while you trek. If it is a summer trek or post monsoon trek a shoe with good grip and ankle support will do.
